Our Champagne House is located in Monthelon, between the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs.
We have been growing vines in the villages of Monthelon, Mancy and Chavot-Courcourt for seven generations. In addition to these locations, our estate was later extended to the communes of Cramant, Grauves and Hautvillers. This has allowed us to incorporate a wide range of aromas into our vintages.
Around seven years ago now, we decided to produce our champagnes using all the richness found in these varied terroirs.
This quest for harmony between the land and our grapes has led us to revisit the way we grow our vines. In 2016, our vineyard was granted two certifications: HVE (which stands for High Environmental Value in French) and Viticulture Durable (or Sustainable Viticulture). This new approach provides the balance we need. On the one hand, preserving our environment by carefully managing what treatments we use, and on the other hand, achieving the full potential of our grapes to develop our champagnes.
You can even taste this symbiosis in our wines, such as our Trois Crus, Terroir Noir and Terroir Blanc.
