Located in Monthelon between the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs, our house has owned vines for 7 generations in the villages of Monthelon, Mancy and Chavot-Courcourt. In addition, we have extended our vineyard to the villages of Cramant, Grauves and Hautvillers to bring other notes to our future cuvées.
More than 12 years ago now, we decided to develop our Champagnes by using all the richness of these different terroirs.
Quality, Terroirs & Ecology
This search for harmony between terroirs and grape varieties has led us to review our work in the vines. In 2016, our farm was certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture; and since 2020, we are in conversion to organic viticulture. This choice of work is the necessary source of harmony between the protection of nature through rigorous management of treatments and the enhancement of the grapes necessary for the production of our Champagnes.
