Grauves is on the Côte des Blancs; it is a Premier Cru located on the left bank of the river Marne, at the top of a tributary valley to the Marne.
The plot is formed of a fusion of two slopes facing one another and possesses a chalky subsoil which is more clayey higher up the hill.
This vineyard stands out as it faces both east and southeast. Its exposure also allows our champagnes to express all their freshness and roundness, while rapidly turning creamy and fruity on the palate.
